The Rock has a lot of amazing matches to his credit. Sadly, Scott Steiner never had a chance to get physical with the Great One in the squared circle.

Scott Johnson, of WJXT in Jacksonville, had the chance to connect with wrestling legends during the River City Wrestling Con. One of his notable interviews was with former WCW World Champion, Scott Steiner. Steiner, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in the previous year, has had a rocky relationship with WWE. However, during the conversation, Steiner appeared to have a change of heart as he expressed a more favorable attitude towards individuals associated with the company, including Stephanie McMahon.

The clip of the interview, shared by Johnson, showcased Steiner’s softened stance on WWE and its personnel. Despite past conflicts, Steiner’s shift in perspective suggests a newfound openness and willingness to embrace the individuals working for the company. This development could potentially indicate a positive step towards repairing any lingering animosity between Steiner and WWE, as well as fostering better relations in the wrestling community as a whole.

On Stone Cold Steve Austin, Steiner said, “I wrestled Steve in WCW.” Steiner said “It would have been great” if he could have wrestled Austin when he became Stone Cold.

Steiner added, “I wish I could have wrestled The Rock. You know, those guys were at the top of their game.” Steiner joked that a feud with The Rock would have ended in disaster.

On working with Stephanie McMahon: It was her dad’s business. She’s part of their — she’s cool. She was good to work with.”

The Rock is incredibly busy with one big project after another, so he doesn’t wrestle very often anymore. Now, it seems that he has another match for fans to ask him about. As of this writing, The Rock hasn’t made any comment on Scott Steiner’s desire to lock horns with him.

What’s your take on The Rock having another match in WWE? Do you want it to be against Scott Steiner? Sound off in the comments!
